Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Pomercin platformuna ("Pomercin", "biz") erişiminizi ve kullanımınızı düzenleyen, sizinle (bireysel olarak veya bir kurum adına, "Kullanıcı", "siz") aramızda hukuken bağlayıcı bir sözleşmedir. Pomercin’e kaydolarak, hesap oluşturarak veya hizmetleri kullanarak bu Koşulları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen hizmetleri kullanmayın.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

Pomercin; sosyal medya hesaplarının tek panelden yönetimi (Pomercin Core), yapay zeka destekli içerik ve video üretimi (Pomercin Studio) ile içerik üretiminden yayına uzanan süreçlerin otomasyonu (Pomercin Pilot) hizmetlerini sunan bir yazılım platformudur. Hizmetlerin kapsamı, özellikleri ve sınırları zaman zaman güncellenebilir; yeni özellikler eklenebilir veya mevcut özellikler değiştirilebilir ya da kaldırılabilir.

2. Hesap ve Kayıt

Hizmetleri kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Kayıt sırasında ve sonrasında:

• Verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz olduğunu;
• Hesap güvenliğinizden ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan tüm işlemlerden sorumlu olduğunuzu;
• 18 yaşından büyük olduğunuzu veya yasal temsilcinizin onayına sahip olduğunuzu;
• E-posta doğrulaması dahil güvenlik adımlarını tamamlayacağınızı kabul edersiniz.

Ücretsiz hesaplar, kötüye kullanımı önlemek amacıyla makul kullanım sınırlarına, kredi limitlerine ve doğrulama gerekliliklerine tabi olabilir.

3. Abonelik, Krediler ve Ücretlendirme

Pomercin; ücretsiz ve ücretli paketler ile kredi tabanlı bir kullanım modeli sunar. Bazı işlemler (örneğin video render, seslendirme, yapay zeka üretimi, otomasyon çalıştırmaları ve yayınlar) kredi tüketir. Paket fiyatları, paketlere dahil krediler, işlem başına kredi maliyetleri ve ek kredi (top-up) fiyatları platform üzerinde ilan edilir.

Aboneliğiniz, iptal edilmediği sürece seçtiğiniz dönem için otomatik olarak yenilenir. Ödemeler dönem başında tahsil edilir ve kullanılmamış krediler için, ilgili pakette aksi belirtilmedikçe, iade yapılmaz.

4. Fiyat ve Koşul Değişiklikleri

Pomercin; sunduğu hizmetlerin sürdürülebilirliğini sağlamak, gelişen maliyetleri (altyapı, işlem gücü, yapay zeka ve üçüncü taraf servis maliyetleri dahil) karşılamak ve hizmet kalitesini artırmak amacıyla paket fiyatlarını, kredi miktarlarını, işlem başına kredi maliyetlerini ve diğer ücretlendirme koşullarını zaman zaman güncelleme ve artırma hakkını saklı tutar.

Mevcut abonelikleri etkileyen fiyat değişiklikleri, yürürlüğe girmeden önce makul bir süre öncesinden (genellikle en az 14 gün) e-posta veya uygulama içi bildirim yoluyla size duyurulur. Yeni fiyatlar, bildirimi takip eden ilk yenileme döneminizde geçerli olur. Yeni fiyatları kabul etmemeniz halinde, yenileme tarihinden önce aboneliğinizi iptal etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Bildirimin ardından hizmeti kullanmaya veya aboneliğinizi yenilemeye devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş fiyat ve koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Tanıtım ve indirimli fiyatlar dönemseldir ve ilgili dönem sonunda güncel liste fiyatları uygulanabilir.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Hizmetleri kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Yürürlükteki mevzuata, üçüncü taraf platform kurallarına veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarına aykırı içerik üretmek veya yayınlamak;
• Yanıltıcı, yasa dışı, nefret söylemi içeren, spam veya zararlı içerik dağıtmak;
• Sistemi tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, aşırı yük bindirmeye veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak;
• Ücretsiz kredileri kötüye kullanmak için sahte/çoklu hesap oluşturmak.

İçeriğinizden ve bağladığınız hesaplar üzerinden gerçekleştirdiğiniz tüm paylaşımlardan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.

6. Üçüncü Taraf Platformlar

Pomercin, bağladığınız sosyal medya platformlarının (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads vb.) API’leri aracılığıyla çalışır. Bu platformların kendi koşulları ve sınırlamaları geçerlidir; ilgili platformların erişim politikalarını değiştirmesi veya hizmeti kısıtlaması durumunda Pomercin’in ilgili özelliğinin etkilenebileceğini kabul edersiniz.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet ve İçerik

Platformun yazılımı, tasarımı, markaları ve içerikleri Pomercin’e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Sizin oluşturduğunuz içerikler size aittir; hizmeti sağlamak amacıyla bu içerikleri işlememize, depolamamıza ve bağladığınız platformlarda yayınlamamıza yönelik sınırlı bir izin vermiş olursunuz.

8. Yapay Zeka ile Üretilen İçerik

Pomercin Studio ve Pilot tarafından üretilen metin, görsel, video ve seslendirme gibi çıktılar yapay zeka destekli üretilir ve hatalı, eksik veya beklentinizden farklı olabilir. Üretilen içerikleri yayınlamadan önce gözden geçirmek ve doğruluğundan emin olmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

9. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Hizmetler "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Pomercin; dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan, kâr/veri kaybından veya üçüncü taraf platform kesintilerinden sorumlu tutulamaz. Her hâlükârda toplam sorumluluğumuz, olaydan önceki 12 ayda ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.

10. Askıya Alma ve Fesih

Bu Koşullara aykırılık hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Dilediğiniz zaman aboneliğinizi iptal edebilir veya hesabınızı kapatabilirsiniz. Fesih hâlinde, ilgili pakette aksi belirtilmedikçe kullanılmamış krediler iade edilmez.

11. Değişiklikler ve Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve önemli değişiklikler ayrıca bildirilir. İşbu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir ve uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Anadolu) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

By registering, creating an account, or using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the services.

1. Description of the Service

Pomercin is a software platform that provides single-panel social media management (Pomercin Core), AI-assisted content and video generation (Pomercin Studio), and automation of workflows from content creation to publishing (Pomercin Pilot). The scope, features, and limits of the services may be updated from time to time; features may be added, changed, or removed.

2. Account and Registration

You must create an account to use the services. During and after registration you agree that:

• The information you provide is true, current, and complete;
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it;
• You are over 18 or have the consent of your legal guardian;
• You will complete security steps, including email verification.

Free accounts may be subject to fair-use limits, credit caps, and verification requirements to prevent abuse.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Fees

Pomercin offers free and paid packages with a credit-based usage model. Certain actions (e.g., video rendering, voiceover, AI generation, automation runs, and publishing) consume credits. Package prices, included credits, per-action credit costs, and top-up prices are published on the platform.

Unless cancelled, your subscription automatically renews for the term you selected. Payments are charged at the start of each period and, unless otherwise stated in the relevant package, unused credits are non-refundable.

4. Price and Terms Changes

To ensure the sustainability of the services, cover evolving costs (including infrastructure, compute, AI, and third-party service costs), and improve service quality, Pomercin reserves the right to update and increase package prices, credit amounts, per-action credit costs, and other pricing terms from time to time.

Price changes affecting existing subscriptions will be announced to you a reasonable time in advance (generally at least 14 days) via email or in-app notification. New prices take effect on your first renewal following the notice. If you do not accept the new prices, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Continuing to use the service or renew your subscription after the notice constitutes acceptance of the updated prices and terms. Promotional and discounted prices are time-limited, and standard list prices may apply at the end of the relevant period.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the services, you agree not to:

• Create or publish content that violates applicable law, third-party platform rules, or the rights of others;
• Distribute misleading, illegal, hateful, spam, or harmful content;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent the security measures of the system;
• Create fake/multiple accounts to abuse free credits.

You are solely responsible for your content and all activity carried out through your connected accounts.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Pomercin operates through the APIs of the social media platforms you connect (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, etc.). Those platforms’ own terms and limitations apply; you acknowledge that a given Pomercin feature may be affected if a platform changes its access policies or restricts the service.

7. Intellectual Property and Content

The platform’s software, design, trademarks, and content belong to Pomercin or its licensors. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process, store, and publish such content on your connected platforms solely to provide the service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Outputs generated by Pomercin Studio and Pilot — such as text, images, video, and voiceover — are produced with AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and verifying its accuracy before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pomercin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit/data, or third-party platform outages. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of a breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the relevant package.

11. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page and material changes are separately notified. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.

Durch Registrierung, Kontoerstellung oder Nutzung der Dienste bestätigen Sie, dass Sie diese Bedingungen gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert haben. 1. Beschreibung des Dienstes

Pomercin ist eine Softwareplattform für Social-Media-Verwaltung aus einem Panel (Pomercin Core), KI-gestützte Content- und Videogenerierung (Pomercin Studio) und Automatisierung von Workflows von der Content-Erstellung bis zur Veröffentlichung (Pomercin Pilot). Umfang, Funktionen und Grenzen der Dienste können von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisiert werden; Funktionen können hinzugefügt, geändert oder entfernt werden.

2. Konto und Registrierung

Zur Nutzung der Dienste müssen Sie ein Konto erstellen. Während und nach der Registrierung stimmen Sie zu:

• dass Ihre Angaben wahr, aktuell und vollständig sind;
• dass Sie für die Sicherheit Ihres Kontos und alle Aktivitäten darunter verantwortlich sind;
• dass Sie über 18 Jahre alt sind oder die Zustimmung Ihres gesetzlichen Vertreters haben;
• dass Sie Sicherheitsmaßnahmen einschließlich E-Mail-Verifizierung abschließen.

Kostenlose Konten können Fair-Use-Grenzen, Kreditlimits und Verifizierungsanforderungen unterliegen, um Missbrauch zu verhindern.

3. Abonnements, Credits und Gebühren

Pomercin bietet kostenlose und kostenpflichtige Pakete mit kreditbasiertem Nutzungsmodell. Bestimmte Aktionen (z. B. Video-Rendering, Voiceover, KI-Erstellung, Automationsläufe und Veröffentlichungen) verbrauchen Credits. Paketpreise, enthaltene Credits, Credit-Kosten je Aktion und Top-up-Preise werden auf der Plattform veröffentlicht.

Sofern nicht gekündigt, verlängert sich Ihr Abonnement automatisch für den gewählten Zeitraum. Zahlungen werden zu Beginn jedes Zeitraums belastet; nicht genutzte Credits sind nicht erstattungsfähig, sofern im jeweiligen Paket nichts anderes angegeben ist.

4. Preis- und Bedingungsänderungen

Zur Sicherstellung der Nachhaltigkeit der Dienste, zur Deckung steigender Kosten (einschließlich Infrastruktur, Rechenleistung, KI und Drittanbieterkosten) und zur Verbesserung der Dienstqualität behält sich Pomercin vor, Paketpreise, Credit-Mengen, Credit-Kosten je Aktion und andere Preisbedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit zu aktualisieren und zu erhöhen.

Preisänderungen, die bestehende Abonnements betreffen, werden Ihnen angemessene Zeit im Voraus (in der Regel mindestens 14 Tage) per E-Mail oder In-App-Mitteilung angekündigt. Neue Preise gelten bei Ihrer ersten Verlängerung nach der Mitteilung. Wenn Sie die neuen Preise nicht akzeptieren, können Sie Ihr Abonnement vor dem Verlängerungsdatum kündigen. Die weitere Nutzung oder Verlängerung nach der Mitteilung gilt als Annahme der aktualisierten Preise und Bedingungen. Aktions- und Rabattpreise sind zeitlich begrenzt; danach können Standardlistenpreise gelten.

5. Zulässige Nutzung

Bei der Nutzung der Dienste verpflichten Sie sich, Folgendes nicht zu tun:

• Inhalte zu erstellen oder zu veröffentlichen, die gegen geltendes Recht, Regeln von Drittplattformen oder Rechte Dritter verstoßen;
• irreführende, illegale, hasserfüllte, Spam- oder schädliche Inhalte zu verbreiten;
• das System zurückzuentwickeln, zu überlasten oder Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu umgehen;
• gefälschte/mehrfache Konten zur missbräuchlichen Nutzung kostenloser Credits zu erstellen.

Sie allein sind für Ihre Inhalte und alle Aktivitäten über Ihre verbundenen Konten verantwortlich.

6. Drittplattformen

Pomercin arbeitet über die APIs der von Ihnen verbundenen Social-Media-Plattformen (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads usw.). Die eigenen Bedingungen und Beschränkungen dieser Plattformen gelten; Sie erkennen an, dass eine Pomercin-Funktion betroffen sein kann, wenn eine Plattform ihre Zugriffsrichtlinien ändert oder den Dienst einschränkt.

7. Geistiges Eigentum und Inhalte

Software, Design, Marken und Inhalte der Plattform gehören Pomercin oder seinen Lizenzgebern. Von Ihnen erstellte Inhalte bleiben Ihr Eigentum; Sie erteilen uns eine beschränkte Lizenz, diese Inhalte ausschließlich zur Bereitstellung des Dienstes zu verarbeiten, zu speichern und auf verbundenen Plattformen zu veröffentlichen.

8. KI-generierte Inhalte

Von Pomercin Studio und Pilot erzeugte Ausgaben wie Texte, Bilder, Videos und Voiceovers werden KI-gestützt erstellt und können ungenau, unvollständig oder anders als erwartet sein. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, generierte Inhalte vor der Veröffentlichung zu prüfen und ihre Richtigkeit sicherzustellen.

9. Haftungsbeschränkung

Die Dienste werden "wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet Pomercin nicht für indirekte, zufällige oder Folgeschäden, Gewinn-/Datenverlust oder Ausfälle von Drittplattformen. In jedem Fall ist unsere Gesamthaftung auf den Betrag beschränkt, den Sie in den 12 Monaten vor dem Ereignis gezahlt haben.

10. Sperrung und Kündigung

Wir können Ihr Konto bei Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen sperren oder kündigen. Sie können Ihr Abonnement jederzeit kündigen oder Ihr Konto schließen. Bei Kündigung sind ungenutzte Credits nicht erstattungsfähig, sofern im jeweiligen Paket nichts anderes angegeben ist.

11. Änderungen und anwendbares Recht

Wir können diese Bedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren; die aktuelle Version wird auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht und wesentliche Änderungen werden gesondert mitgeteilt. Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Türkei; für Streitigkeiten sind die Gerichte und Vollstreckungsämter Istanbul (Anadolu) zuständig.

1. Description du service

Pomercin est une plateforme logicielle offrant la gestion des réseaux sociaux depuis un panneau unique (Pomercin Core), la génération de contenu et de vidéo assistée par IA (Pomercin Studio) et l’automatisation des workflows de la création à la publication (Pomercin Pilot). Le périmètre, les fonctionnalités et les limites des services peuvent être mis à jour; des fonctionnalités peuvent être ajoutées, modifiées ou supprimées.

2. Compte et inscription

Vous devez créer un compte pour utiliser les services. Pendant et après l’inscription, vous acceptez que :

• les informations fournies soient exactes, à jour et complètes ;
• vous soyez responsable de la sécurité de votre compte et de toute activité associée ;
• vous ayez plus de 18 ans ou l’accord de votre représentant légal ;
• vous complétiez les étapes de sécurité, y compris la vérification e-mail.

Les comptes gratuits peuvent être soumis à des limites d’utilisation raisonnable, des plafonds de crédits et des exigences de vérification pour prévenir les abus.

3. Abonnements, crédits et frais

Pomercin propose des forfaits gratuits et payants avec un modèle d’utilisation basé sur les crédits. Certaines actions (rendu vidéo, voix off, génération IA, exécutions d’automatisation et publications) consomment des crédits. Les prix des forfaits, crédits inclus, coûts par action et prix de recharge sont publiés sur la plateforme.

Sauf annulation, votre abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement pour la période choisie. Les paiements sont prélevés au début de chaque période et, sauf indication contraire dans le forfait concerné, les crédits inutilisés ne sont pas remboursables.

4. Modifications des prix et conditions

Pour assurer la durabilité des services, couvrir l’évolution des coûts (infrastructure, calcul, IA et services tiers) et améliorer la qualité du service, Pomercin se réserve le droit de mettre à jour et d’augmenter les prix des forfaits, montants de crédits, coûts par action et autres conditions tarifaires.

Les changements de prix affectant les abonnements existants seront annoncés dans un délai raisonnable (généralement au moins 14 jours) par e-mail ou notification in-app. Les nouveaux prix s’appliquent lors du premier renouvellement suivant l’avis. Si vous ne les acceptez pas, vous pouvez annuler avant la date de renouvellement. Continuer à utiliser ou renouveler après l’avis constitue une acceptation. Les prix promotionnels et remisés sont limités dans le temps; les prix catalogue peuvent s’appliquer ensuite.

5. Utilisation acceptable

Lorsque vous utilisez les services, vous acceptez de ne pas :

• créer ou publier du contenu violant la loi applicable, les règles des plateformes tierces ou les droits d’autrui ;
• diffuser du contenu trompeur, illégal, haineux, spam ou nuisible ;
• tenter de rétroconcevoir, surcharger ou contourner les mesures de sécurité du système ;
• créer de faux/multiples comptes pour abuser des crédits gratuits.

Vous êtes seul responsable de votre contenu et de toutes les activités effectuées via vos comptes connectés.

6. Plateformes tierces

Pomercin fonctionne via les API des plateformes sociales que vous connectez (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, etc.). Les conditions et limitations propres à ces plateformes s’appliquent; vous reconnaissez qu’une fonctionnalité Pomercin peut être affectée si une plateforme modifie ses politiques d’accès ou restreint le service.

7. Propriété intellectuelle et contenu

Le logiciel, le design, les marques et les contenus de la plateforme appartiennent à Pomercin ou à ses concédants. Le contenu que vous créez reste le vôtre; vous nous accordez une licence limitée pour le traiter, le stocker et le publier sur vos plateformes connectées uniquement afin de fournir le service.

8. Contenu généré par IA

Les sorties générées par Pomercin Studio et Pilot — textes, images, vidéos et voix off — sont produites avec l’IA et peuvent être inexactes, incomplètes ou différentes de vos attentes. Vous êtes responsable de les examiner et d’en vérifier l’exactitude avant publication.

9. Limitation de responsabilité

Les services sont fournis "en l’état". Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi, Pomercin n’est pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs, pertes de profit/données ou interruptions de plateformes tierces. Dans tous les cas, notre responsabilité totale est limitée au montant payé dans les 12 mois précédant l’événement.

10. Suspension et résiliation

Nous pouvons suspendre ou résilier votre compte en cas de violation des Conditions. Vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement ou fermer votre compte à tout moment. En cas de résiliation, les crédits inutilisés ne sont pas remboursables sauf indication contraire du forfait concerné.

11. Modifications et droit applicable

Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions; la version actuelle est publiée sur cette page et les changements importants sont notifiés séparément. Ces Conditions sont régies par le droit de la République de Turquie, et les tribunaux et bureaux d’exécution d’Istanbul (Anadolu) sont compétents.

2. Cuenta y registro

Debes crear una cuenta para usar los servicios. Durante y después del registro aceptas que:

• la información que proporcionas es verdadera, actual y completa;
• eres responsable de la seguridad de tu cuenta y toda actividad en ella;
• tienes más de 18 años o consentimiento de tu representante legal;
• completarás los pasos de seguridad, incluida la verificación por correo.

Las cuentas gratuitas pueden estar sujetas a límites de uso razonable, límites de créditos y requisitos de verificación para prevenir abusos.

3. Suscripciones, créditos y tarifas

Pomercin ofrece paquetes gratuitos y de pago con un modelo basado en créditos. Algunas acciones (render de video, voz en off, generación con IA, ejecuciones de automatización y publicaciones) consumen créditos. Los precios de paquetes, créditos incluidos, costes por acción y precios de recarga se publican en la plataforma.

Salvo cancelación, tu suscripción se renueva automáticamente por el periodo elegido. Los pagos se cobran al inicio de cada periodo y, salvo que el paquete indique lo contrario, los créditos no usados no son reembolsables.

4. Cambios de precios y términos

Para asegurar la sostenibilidad de los servicios, cubrir costes cambiantes (infraestructura, cómputo, IA y servicios de terceros) y mejorar la calidad, Pomercin se reserva el derecho de actualizar y aumentar precios de paquetes, cantidades de créditos, costes por acción y otros términos de precios.

Los cambios que afecten suscripciones existentes se anunciarán con antelación razonable (generalmente al menos 14 días) por correo o notificación in-app. Los nuevos precios aplican en la primera renovación posterior al aviso. Si no los aceptas, puedes cancelar antes de la renovación. Continuar usando o renovar tras el aviso constituye aceptación. Los precios promocionales y con descuento son temporales y luego pueden aplicar precios de lista estándar.

5. Uso aceptable

Al usar los servicios, aceptas no:

• crear o publicar contenido que viole la ley aplicable, reglas de plataformas de terceros o derechos de otros;
• distribuir contenido engañoso, ilegal, de odio, spam o dañino;
• intentar aplicar ingeniería inversa, sobrecargar o eludir medidas de seguridad;
• crear cuentas falsas/múltiples para abusar de créditos gratuitos.

Eres el único responsable de tu contenido y de toda actividad realizada mediante tus cuentas conectadas.

6. Plataformas de terceros

Pomercin opera mediante las API de las plataformas sociales que conectas (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, etc.). Aplican sus propios términos y limitaciones; reconoces que una función de Pomercin puede verse afectada si una plataforma cambia sus políticas de acceso o restringe el servicio.

7. Propiedad intelectual y contenido

El software, diseño, marcas y contenidos de la plataforma pertenecen a Pomercin o sus licenciantes. El contenido que creas sigue siendo tuyo; nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesarlo, almacenarlo y publicarlo en tus plataformas conectadas solo para prestar el servicio.

8. Contenido generado por IA

Las salidas generadas por Pomercin Studio y Pilot — texto, imágenes, video y voz en off — se producen con IA y pueden ser inexactas, incompletas o distintas de lo esperado. Eres responsable de revisar el contenido generado y verificar su exactitud antes de publicarlo.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

Los servicios se proporcionan "tal cual". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Pomercin no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, pérdida de beneficios/datos o interrupciones de plataformas de terceros. En cualquier caso, nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al importe pagado en los 12 meses anteriores al evento.

10. Suspensión y terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar tu cuenta si incumples estos Términos. Puedes cancelar tu suscripción o cerrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Tras la terminación, los créditos no usados no son reembolsables salvo que el paquete indique lo contrario.

11. Cambios y ley aplicable

Podemos actualizar estos Términos; la versión actual se publica en esta página y los cambios importantes se notifican por separado. Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Turquía, y los tribunales y oficinas de ejecución de Estambul (Anadolu) tienen jurisdicción.
